A great day on the water – no flies with the temperatures so low. This poor young man needed a jacket but kept warm with the excitement from catching his first Salmon. Great group of young men. Nice fish!!
Captain Eric (Skippy) Schippa Skippered a boat full of Anxious Anglers for a beautiful day on the water. He managed his way out past the rest of the fleet. They fished primarily from 160-170 feet of water with the best success coming on a South Troll. The highlight of the day was capturing a monster Chinook (King) Salmon – 28 pounds and 7 ounces. This is one of the largest fish we have seen in years. The Big Ones are here!!!
